The Executive Diversity Council was formed at the request of many diversity professionals, the mission of the Executive Diversity Council is to serve the professional growth of the greater community of diversity and inclusion practice - to help identify best strategies, the most effective implementation of those strategies, lessons learned, trends, and challenges going forward.

Diversity Spectrum offers membership in the Executive Diversity Council to representatives of our organizational members or by special invitation only. 

To respond to the changing global demands placed on diversity practitioners, the Executive Diversity Council explores ways to elevate the professional and career development of the Diversity Officer and identify best-in-class practices for training in this profession.

Our council membership reflects diverse and multi-generational representation, and is comprised of corporations, NGO's, not-for-profits, academics, and governmental agencies.

It should be noted that all discussions held and reports created by the Executive Diversity Council are private.
