THINK TANK MEMBERSHIP

Think Tank Membership is designed to serve communities of professional practitioners who strive to be well informed, educated, and current on the multiple and often complex facets that define diversity and inclusion.  Membership is open to corporations, governments and governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), not-for-profit organizations, and educational institutions.

Because our perspective is both national and global, we explore diversity and inclusion subjects through multiple prisms and often in multiple languages. We seek to engage in the fascinating conversations that concern us all: understanding the human experience, respecting the dignity of individuals, and maximizing people assets.

Through “member only” areas of our website, we offer access to strategic management tools, global social and environmental responsibility initiatives, and virtual learning. Through the daily eNewsletter and Web Magazine, we also provide multi-media opportunities to members in order to extend their reach as caring diversity organizations.

Executive Diversity Council

Diversity Spectrum offers membership in the Executive Diversity Council to representatives of our organizational members or by special invitation only. Formed at the request of many diversity professionals, the mission of the Executive Diversity Council is to serve the professional growth of the greater community of diversity and inclusion practice – to help identify best strategies, the most effective implementation of those strategies, lessons learned, trends, and challenges going forward.

Additionally, to respond to the changing global demands placed on diversity practitioners, the Executive Diversity Council explores ways to elevate the professional and career development of the Diversity Officer and identify best-in-class practices for training in this profession.

Our council membership reflects diverse and multi-generational representation, and is comprised of corporations, NGO’s, not-for-profits, academics, and governmental agencies. All discussions held and reports created by our council are private.

Industry Roundtables

Industry specific roundtables facilitate Think Tank members' dialogue concerning issues of most relevance and timely importance to them. Roundtables are held on-site at participating member business locations and are also designed to promote face to face dialogue on best-in-class strategies and lessons learned in a confidential environment.

Virtual Socratic Forum

By connecting thought leaders and practitioners through real-time, online collaborative vehicles, such as videotelephony and telepresence , the Socratic Forum serves to inspire and catalyze the global diversity community to explore and share ideas about how to solve universal issues of concern, including global social responsibiity, human rights, poverty, and the environment.

Scholars-in-Residence

The Scholars-in-Residence program provides our worldwide audience with cutting-edge diversity and inclusion knowledge directly from leaders in thought and innovation. Scholars are selected on the basis of the public recognition of their expertise in the field, the depth and breadth of their research and writing. and their academic achievement.

Graduate Fellows

The Graduate Fellows Program offers exceptional students who are earning a master's degree (or higher) or equivalent three years professional experience in a chosen industry unparalleled exposure to hands-on experience in diversity management, operations, and policy.
