Web Magazine
Diversity Spectrum’s web magazine, www.diversityspectrum.com , offers new multi-media content every business day. The delivery platform is a user-friendly website on which diversity-related information is provided via the following “modules”: Broadcast Village, Diversity Atlas & Almanac, Global Responsibility, Diversity Toolkit, Virtual Learning Centre, and Think Tank, and the following “spectra”: Diversity Spectrum News, Professional Spectrum, People Spectrum, and Lifestyle Spectrum.Certain content -- e.g. archived information, as well as Diversity Toolkit and Virtual Learning Centre content -- is available only to Diversity Spectrum Members.
The Web Magazine provides access to diversity-specific, multi-lingual video and audio podcasts, webcasts, and e-data featuring: (1) interviews with CEO’s, CDO’s, and other global diversity leaders; (2) timely special features; (3) scholarly lectures, seminars, and symposia; (4) interactive web seminars, forums, and roundtables; (5) documentaries, real life vignettes, and visual impact programs; (6) storytelling, animated fables, and music; and (7) foreign language training and translation.
All interactive offerings provide opportunities for individual and group corporate diversity leaders to share concepts regarding key issues in corporate diversity and inclusion strategies. Participants can pose and answer questions, as well as network with each other in shared findings.

Publications
Publication and dissemination of global diversity and inclusion research are essential parts of the Diversity Spectrum mission. THINK TANK MEMBERSHIP
Think Tank Membership is designed to serve communities of professional practitioners who strive to be well informed, educated, and current on the multiple and often complex facets that define diversity and inclusion.Membership is open to corporations, governments and governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), not-for-profit organizations, and educational institutions.
Because our perspective is both national and global, we explore diversity and inclusion subjects through multiple prisms and often in multiple languages. We seek to engage in the fascinating conversations that concern us all: understanding the human experience, respecting the dignity of individuals, and maximizing people assets.
Through “member only” areas of our website, we offer access to strategic management tools, global social and environmental responsibility initiatives, and virtual learning. Through the daily eNewsletter and Web Magazine, we also provide multi-media opportunities to members in order to extend their reach as caring diversity organizations.
Executive Diversity Council
Diversity Spectrum offers membership in the Executive Diversity Council to representatives of our organizational members or by special invitation only. Formed at the request of many diversity professionals, the mission of the Executive Diversity Council is to serve the professional growth of the greater community of diversity and inclusion practice – to help identify best strategies, the most effective implementation of those strategies, lessons learned, trends, and challenges going forward.
Additionally, to respond to the changing global demands placed on diversity practitioners, the Executive Diversity Council explores ways to elevate the professional and career development of the Diversity Officer and identify best-in-class practices for training in this profession.
Our council membership reflects diverse and multi-generational representation, and is comprised of corporations, NGO’s, not-for-profits, academics, and governmental agencies. All discussions held and reports created by our council are private.
Industry Roundtables
Industry specific roundtables facilitate Think Tank members' dialogue concerning issues of most relevance and timely importance to them. Roundtables are held on-site at participating member business locations and are also designed to promote face to face dialogue on best-in-class strategies and lessons learned in a confidential environment.
Virtual Socratic Forum

The Scholars-in-Residence program provides our worldwide audience with cutting-edge diversity and inclusion

innovation. Scholars are selected on the basis of the public recognition of their expertise in the field, the depth and breadth of their research and writing. and their academic achievement.
Graduate Fellows
The Graduate Fellows Program offers exceptional students who are earning a master's degree (or higher) or equivalent three years professional experience
in a chosen industry unparalleled exposure to hands-on experience
in diversity management, operations, and policy. This unique fellowship program seeks to enhance participants'
leadership abilities, strengthen professional skills, and increase the
presence of diversity-attuned professionals in corporations, government agencies, academic institutions, and non-profit organizations.

We are able to provide a customized online-based Job Board that provides job listings that include company name, location, position available, and contact person information. Job Boards can appear on an organization’s targeted eNewsletter that we publish, or in the Diversity Spectrum Web Magazine and eNewsletter.
Multi-Media Production
