Completing and submitting an SBA SDB or 8(a) Program application is a daunting task for companies. Most people do not like to write and complete complicated forms, and the problem is compounded by government red tape. This is particularly true for those working in small businesses who are inexperienced in federal contracting. Many of our customers say they have been struggling with their SBA 8(a) Program application for over a year.

The eLab is a two-day event held in Bethesda, Maryland. Diversity Spectrum CEO Tom Duckenfield, an attorney and author who practices and writes about federal government contracting, guides attendees through the application process and assists them in leaving the eLab with a completed SBA SDB or 8(a) Program application.
